Information we collect
Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address or suburb, project goals, appointment details, and anything else you choose to tell us. If we work together, we may also collect information needed to assess and manage your property project.
When you visit the website, our analytics and advertising providers may collect information about your visit, including pages viewed, device and browser details, approximate location, cookie or similar identifiers, and actions such as submitting a form, clicking a phone or email link, or booking a consultation.
How we collect and use information
We usually collect information directly from you through our forms, email, phone calls, appointments and project discussions. We may also receive information from people involved in your project, such as a referrer or consultant, or from publicly available property sources where relevant to your enquiry or our services.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, assess and deliver our services, communicate about your project, keep business records, improve the website, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can contact us without using the online form, although we may need some contact and project details to respond or provide services.
Who receives information
Our website forms submit the details you enter to Formspree. Our booking widget is provided by Calendly; information you enter when booking is handled through Calendly. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads and Fathom Analytics for website and conversion measurement.
We may share relevant project information with service providers and professional advisers involved in providing our services, and disclose information where required or authorised by law. We do not publish your form or booking details on this website.
Overseas processing
Some of the providers named above operate or use infrastructure outside Australia. Information submitted to them may be processed or stored overseas, including in the United States. Other locations can depend on the provider and may change; their linked privacy notices provide more detail.
Cookies and embedded content
Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and advertising results. You can manage cookies in your browser and adjust your Google advertising preferences in My Ad Center. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The Calendly booking widget on our contact page loads content from Calendly. Service videos load a YouTube player when you choose to play them; project pages may also contain embedded YouTube videos. Those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies when their content loads.
Storage and security
We hold information in our business records and in the services we use to receive enquiries, arrange bookings and deliver projects. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We keep it for as long as needed for our business or legal obligations and then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
Access and correction
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you or have it corrected by emailing info@npi-group.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why.
