Our Process

1. NPI Group will acquire the property on your behalf that is perfect for development and falls within the council guidelines.

2. Once the property has been acquired we then complete the council application on your behalf working with architects, engineers and the relevant professionals to see your development come to life.

3. Once the development is approved by council we then acquire all permits and run the whole construction process from start to finish with our trusted team of builders and contractors.

Fees: All fees are payable on each stage completion and is not a lump sum.
Property acquistion: 1.5% of purchase price.
Council application: $11,000 inclusive of GST. (This does not include any council fees or planning fees)
Construction process: $11,000 inclusive of GST.

We also work with many clients that have properties already and are looking to utilise their backyard by completing a small scale development.

We also work with builders who engage NPI to find the property and run the council process but then take on the build from there, we can tailor and suit a strategy for all scenarios for our clients.
